Beginners Flow Yoga
Want to learn core poses of yoga? Are you a practicing yogi who wants to review and deepen your practice? Beginners Flow is a slower paced class designed to introduce core poses (asanas), typically found in Hatha and Vinyasa practices. Class focuses on fundamental principles of proper alignment and breathing, while flowing from one pose to another with ease and comfort by breath. In addition of asanas, class will include yoga traditions of meditation and breathing exercises (pranayama).
