Sarah Beerntsen has been working in physical therapy since 2006. Sarah received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Saint Louis University and additionally is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and a YT-200 Yoga Instructor.
Upon graduation, Sarah worked in Kansas City in an orthopedic clinic and LifeTime Fitness as a personal trainer. In 2008, she moved back to the Milwaukee area and began working at Alliant Physical Therapy, Racine and in 2010, she took an ownership position. Sarah and her family moved back to St. Louis in 2016 as she took a new position with Sports Medicine & Training Center. She enjoys working in sports physical therapy rehabilitation. Her practice focuses on manual therapy followed by corrective exercises to obtain the best results. She recently increased her manual skills training with the addition of Graston Technique.
Sarah competes in Triathlons, and enjoys voga, volleyball, and basketball. Sarah's goal is to meet the needs of the patient in order to return them to their desired state of health and works with her patients to creative a comprehensive treatment plan providing a one on one experience.
