We know how important it is to keep healthy both physically and mentally. There are several ways you can participate from home, and we encourage you to join us for a little reprieve from the stresses of life during the Covid-19 health crisis.
1) WOD: Workout of the Day - Follow us on Instagram @smtcstl or Facebook @sportsmedicineandtrainingcenter and check in with our pages in the morning. A workout of the day will be created by Mike or Sara for you at home. Don't forget to tag us doing your home workouts so we can share how our clients are staying busy at home!
2) Group Exercise Classes: Zoom or In-Clinic - We have resumed a full schedule of group exercises available on Zoom and/or in person. Message us on Facebook or email the instructor directly for a Zoom link. Class and payment options are listed below.

3) First Steps to Fitness - A program designed for beginners or those wanting to establish a new exercise program! This can be done virtually or in our clinic! Just email Sara to get started at email@example.com.
4) 1 on 1 or Small Group Virtual Training - Interested in a specific workout program with one of our trainers or looking for more individualized sessions? Simply email Sara for more information on how to get connected with one of our trainers virtually!
