Types of Training Programs

Personal Training:

If you prefer to work one-on-one with one of our certified trainers, our personal training program is a perfect fit. You will receive individualized coaching and encouragement. This program includes a thorough fitness evaluation as well as a customized program based on your goals, medical history, exercise experience, and current fitness level.

Semi-Private:

If you like the idea of one-on-one training but would like the opportunity to complete your workouts with another person of your choice (family member or friend) then our semi-private personal training is the right program for you.

Performance Training:

Are you looking for a more economical way to still get the customized attention you want and deserve out of your training program? If so, you have found the right program!

Our performance training programs involve training as a part of a small group (max. 4:1 client to trainer ratio). This program includes a comprehensive evaluation as well as a customized program based on your goals, medical history, exercise experience, and current fitness level. Though you might be training as a part of a small group you will be executing a performance training routine that is unique to you.

 

What to Expect:

Training sessions last between 1-1 ½ hours and could include:

  • Dynamic Warm Up and Stretching
  • Injury Prevention
  • Strengthening
  • Core (Abs and Low Back)
  • Sport / Activity Specific Exercises
  • Cardio
  • Cool Down and Stretch

A vast majority of our athletes and clients who have activity/sport based goals use their performance training sessions to:

  • Improve Speed & Agility
  • Increased Strength
  • Improved Endurance
  • Increased Vertical Jump and Power
  • Improved Flexibility
  • Injury Prevention

 

All of our training services have several different program and payment options:

  • Pay per session for 1 hour sessions
  • 6 and 12 Session Packages for 1 hour sessions
  • Pay per Session for ½ hour sessions
  • 6 and 12 Session Packages for ½ hour sessions

All training services start with a comprehensive evaluation. We also offer flexible scheduling to try our best to accommodate your preferred training time.
