Locally Owned, Community Minded. Sports Medicine & Training Center is a small, locally-owned business located in Watson Plaza just west of Sappington Road in Crestwood – St. Louis. Our 8200 square foot facility provides a large treatment and training space with convenient parking and easy access from major highways for our St. Louis area physical therapy patients and training clients. It also includes a 40ft X 25ft dance studio with mirrors and sound available for rent. Group exercise classes are available throughout the week.

Our facility offers an extensive array of fitness equipment by Pro Maxima and Hammer Strength, including innovative ground-based equipment designed to promote whole-body, integrated strength training. We also offer a complete line of aerobic exercise equipment, including treadmills and stationary bikes.
