6th Annual Thankslifting Workout

Where: SMTC (119 Watson Plz, St. Louis, 63126) or Zoom
Why: Start your holiday off with some health and happiness by participating in an all-levels workout class benefiting Lift for Life Gym.
Cost: $10 per participant. Larger donations are welcome to help us reach our $1000 goal!
* No reservations required. All participants must pay before class. *

Cash and Venmo donations will be collected through November 22 at the front desk.
