We know how important it is to keep healthy both physically and mentally. There are several ways you can exercise with SMTC from home or in-person, and we encourage you to join us for a little reprieve from the stresses of life during the COVID-19 health crisis.
1) Group Exercise Classes: Zoom or In-Clinic - We have resumed a full schedule of group exercises available on Zoom and/or in person. Message us on Facebook or email the instructor directly for a Zoom link. Class and payment options are listed below.
