At Sports Medicine & Training Center, we have both the short game and the long game in view when it comes to sports rehab. We know our athletes are anxious to get back in the game, and depending on the severity of the injury as well as your doctor’s instructions, we will work to get you back to participation as soon as possible. Our integrated physical therapy approach combines therapeutic exercise, modalities and manual therapy and is designed to optimize the speed of your recovery.

However, we will always be honest with you about timelines and risks, even when it’s something you may not want to hear, because playing in that one big game or returning to practice too soon may not be worth risking your future health and ability to participate in the sport you love. Once you are released to participate in your sport, we will implement return to play protocols and can coordinate sport-specific drills and performance training with our training staff, so that you can return stronger and faster than you were before your injury.
