No matter if you just signed up for your first race or want to up your game and set new PRs, endurance coach Sara Cogan can show you how. With personalized coaching and program progression options available, you can choose just the right level of endurance coaching to achieve your goals!

Our Premium Coaching plan provides all the support you need to succeed and reach your goals including a custom endurance training program and an individualized strength training program. The Premium Coaching option includes unlimited email communication, follow-ups and check-ins with Sara, training log review, and a monthly in-person check in.

Our Training Plan endurance coaching option provides a framework for your training by providing 4, 8, or 12 week plans. This plan is designed for athletes who are looking for guidance on their endurance training for a specific race date. With monthly check-ins by phone or in person, this plan is a no frills and cost effective way to train.

All endurance coaching services will additionally help with resources related to fueling and hydration, and mental health techniques to support great performance. Our staff has training in sports psychology and mental techniques to utilize both in training, and in racing.

More About Sara

Sara has over 25 years of experience working with endurance athletes, as both a coach and an exercise physiologist, working with both individuals and teams. She holds a Level 1 certification from USA Triathlon, and a Level 3 certification from USA Cycling, and is a lifelong endurance athlete herself. Sara’s interests are in coaching cyclists, triathletes and runners from a holistic perspective, factoring in strength training, nutrition, recovery, sport specific training, and the mental and psychological aspect of sport. She loves working with members of the Eureka Endurance Youth Triathlon team, STL Mid-County Composite Team, as well as members of The Hub Bicycling Co. racing and recreational cycling teams.
