Quick Minutes to Fitness

Quick Minutes of Fitness is a group circuit training class designed to deliver a great workout with full body movements in LESS time. Experts say at least 30 minutes of resistance training 2 to 3 times per week improves strength, balance and overall health. This class is primarily focused around our Nautilus equipment, providing clients with a skillset in areas of strength, aerobic and anaerobic training, and a high level of overall fitness while reducing risk of overuse or injury. We use an integrated approach utilizing weight machines in combination with balance and stability training with using light free-weights and bodyweight. We offer a variety of modifications for each exercise making this class perfect for beginners or open level clients.
